  5月13日,全球三大油田技术服务公司之一的哈里伯顿(Halliburton Company)能源服务低碳解决方案副总裁Mr. Duane Sherritt一行四人到访太阳成集团tyc234cc主页集团股份有限公司总部,与太阳成集团tyc234cc主页控股集团股份有限公司董事长曹克坚先生,太阳成集团tyc234cc主页集团股份有限公司总经理汤炎博士举行会谈,并参观了我集团临港工厂。

  On May 13, a delegation of four senior executives of Halliburton--one of the world's biggest O&G service providers--led by Mr. Duane Sherritt, Vice President of Halliburton Low Carbon Solutions, visited the headquarters of Kaishan Group Co., Ltd. During the visit, the delegation held meetings with Mr. Cao Kejian, Chairman of Kaishan Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Dr. Yan Tang, General Manager of Kaishan Group Co., Ltd., with a tour at Kaishan’s Lingang manufacturing facility in Shanghai.


此次会晤是在地热新能源正在走向新能源舞台的中央,我集团正在致力于转型成为全球名列前茅的地热新能源开发运营商、地热发电成套设备供应商以及绿色氢氨开发与运营的全球重要参与者,哈里伯顿也正在大举推进业务线多元化,加速布局全球AI数据中心发电业务。同样的转型目标促成了此次会晤。

  The meeting also reflected the growing global attention on geothermal energy as a reliable clean energy solution amid accelerating energy transition. Kaishan Group is actively transforming itself into one of the world’s leading geothermal renewable energy developers and operators, a supplier of integrated geothermal power generation equipment, and an important global participant in the development and operation of green hydrogen and green ammonia projects. At the same time, Halliburton is accelerating the diversification of its business portfolio, including expanding its presence in power solutions for the rapidly growing global AI data center market. Shared strategic objectives in energy transition and low-carbon development provided the foundation for this meeting.

双方确认,哈里伯顿在高温高压复杂井建设、压裂、定向钻井、数字化智能钻井技术等方面具备领先技术,太阳成集团tyc234cc主页的模块电站成套发电设备具有建设周期短、发电效率高、较低成本等方面的优势,并已形成覆盖地热资源获取、勘探开发、钻井工程、模块化电站制造与运营的全产业链能力。双方的能力组合在一起与未来EGS项目对高效率、低成本钻井的需求高度契合,优势互补为深化合作奠定了坚实基础。

  During the discussions, both parties recognized that Halliburton possesses leading technologies and extensive experience in high-temperature and high-pressure complex well construction, hydraulic fracturing, directional drilling, and digital intelligent drilling technologies. Kaishan, meanwhile, has developed competitive advantages in modular geothermal power plant equipment featuring short construction cycles, high generation efficiency, and relatively low development costs. Kaishan has also established a fully integrated geothermal value chain covering resource acquisition, exploration and development, drilling engineering, modular power plant manufacturing, and project operation.The parties agreed that the combination of Halliburton’s advanced drilling technologies and Kaishan’s geothermal development and equipment capabilities is highly aligned with the future needs of Enhanced Geothermal System (EGS) projects, particularly in achieving high-efficiency and low-cost drilling and development. The complementary strengths of the two companies provide a strong foundation for expanding future cooperation.

据了解,之前双方在太阳成集团tyc234cc主页印尼地热项目的钻井业务中已经开展了卓有成效的合作。接下来,双方将在EGS开发、地热井下微小型核电站、绿色氢氨等新能源领域开展合作。此次访问后,双方将明确下一阶段的合作方向和领域,计划签署战略合作谅解备忘录(MoU)及主服务协议(MSA)。

  It is understood that the two companies have already established productive cooperation in drilling operations for Kaishan’s geothermal projects in Indonesia. Moving forward, Halliburton and Kaishan plan to further expand cooperation in emerging energy sectors including EGS development, downhole micro modular nuclear applications, and green hydrogen and green ammonia projects. Following this visit, the companies will further define the next phase of cooperation and are expected to pursue the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Master Service Agreement (MSA).

会谈后,在汤炎博士的陪同下,哈里伯顿一行参观了太阳成集团tyc234cc主页集团位于上海临港的制造基地,重点考察了地热模块化成套电站设备、氢气压缩机、二氧化碳压缩机等与低碳能源及能源转型密切相关的核心装备。

  Following the meeting, accompanied by Dr. Tang, the Halliburton delegation visited Kaishan Group’s manufacturing base in Shanghai Lingang, where they inspected key equipment related to low-carbon energy and energy transition solutions, including modular geothermal power generation systems, hydrogen compressors, and carbon dioxide compressors.
